This site was created based on my personal experience living with anxiety and panic attacks. Once it appeared in my life several years ago I thought that my life has changed and there is no turning back. Well for couple years it did change and probably these were the most painful years in my life.
It took me two years to get my life back and start living again as normal people. It took me a lot of efforts and experiments to get there. I tried a lot of remedies which look quite stupid based on my current heartburn knowledge.
Lots of information available to us on the internet about anxiety conventional treatments and natural remedies is misleading. There are many people who just want to take your money for some magic cure. Guess what - there is no magic anxiety or panic attack cure. At least there is no pill or procedure which will fix it once and for all.
But it doesn't mean that life is over. There are ways to reduce and even completely cure your anxiety and panic attacks symptoms. All of them are slow and depend on you wanting to make a change.
